The Kansai Interpreter and Guide Association (KIGA), a General Incorporated Association hereinafter referred to as ‘our association,’ prescribed this statement and built the system to protect the privacy of all.  Our association is committed to keeping all our staff recognizing the importance of the protection of personal information and observing this policy well.  We are committed to ensuring the security of your privacy.

Our association is committed to keeping your information accurate and updated. 
We employ security measures to protect your information from access by unauthorized persons and against unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction, damage and leakage. We are committed to keeping and managing this security system, and ensuring that our staff is well educated.  We administer the system to keep information securely and rigidly.

Use of Your Information

Your information will enable us to invoice you and to contact you when it is necessary concerning your booking.  We may use your information to contact you to let you know about other products and services which we offer which may be of interest to you; and we may contact you by post, telephone or fax, as well as by e-mail. 

Restriction of Provision to A Third Party

Our association is committed to keeping your information properly.  We will not, except in the following cases, provide personal data to any third party or parties.

· Cases in which we obtain prior consent from you.
· Cases in which our association will provide your information to the trustee, which we entrust as a business such as a training course you require.
· Cases in which the provision of your data is based on laws and regulations.

When you request us to inquire, correct or delete any retained personal data, on the condition that you show your identification, we shall receive your request properly.

Our association is committed to observing Japanese Laws and Regulations which apply to any retained personal information, and revising this statement properly to improve it.
